RETURNS
We provide returns for customers from Europian Union. The cost of return is the same as delivery cost.
You may return goods in a 30 days from the shipment date.
Goods should be in a good condition and packed safetely.
We return money as soon as get returned goods and it can teke up to 5 days to receive money back.
To return goods – just contact us by email order@voodoobag.com.
WARRANTY
Warranty period is 60 days from the shipment date. 

We accept warranty cases: 

  • broken zippers and accessories
  • turned off straps
  • tears at the seams
  • disproportion of the goods
  • any damages or dirty on a just delivered goods
We don’t accept warranty cases (except just delivered new goods):
  • dirty 
  • scratches
  • colour change
  • material break or puncture

Please, сarry your bag carefully, do not prick with sharp objects, don’t rub dirt, wash in a washing machine with a cleaneser and dry on air.
